Not quite right? Letβs fix it.
Every item we sell is made just for you β built with intention and crafted with care. That means we're a small, custom shop (not a giant warehouse), so while we can't accept returns for sizing issues or change-of-mind orders, we'll absolutely make things right if something's off.
What we do cover
If your item arrives:
- Incorrect
- Damaged
- Misprinted or with a production issue
We'll replace it or refund you β no hassle. Just let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. Make sure it's unused and in its original condition, and we'll take care of the rest.
What we can't accept
Because our gear is made-to-order:
- We can't take returns or exchanges for sizing, fit, or style preferences
- We can't accept returns on gift cards or sale items
We know buying online can be tricky β if youβre unsure about sizing or fit, reach out toΒ support@jetfolk.com before ordering, and we'll help guide you.

Refunds
We will notify you once weβve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youβll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Β If more than 15 business days have passed since weβve approved your return, please contact us at support@jetfolk.com.
